Dr. Costlow received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1985. He is a 1990 graduate of the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. During his studies in veterinary school, he was inducted into the Phi Zeta Organization for academic excellence. From May 1991 to June 1997, Dr. Costlow was the Chief Veterinarian at an animal emergency and critical care facility outside of Cleveland, Ohio. He appeared regularly on FOX Television’s “Good Day Cleveland”, where he presented various topics on pet healthcare. Dr. Costlow took over as President of Newton Veterinary Hospital in July of 1997 and founded the Animal Emergency Hospital of NJ in 2002. He was President of the NWNJVMS in 2004 and an active member of AVMA and AAHA.

Cindy is the Chief Operating Officer of the Pet Wellness Network. Her role is to provide the leadership and management needed to ensure that each hospital within the organization is functioning at the highest level, in order to provide the best possible care to our clients and patients. She joined the team in 2004, and previously served as Human Resources Manager, prior to becoming COO in 2015. Cindy is proud of the doctors and staff she works directly with, and there is nowhere else she'd rather bring her 2 dogs and 2 cats for Veterinary care. She is a lifelong resident of New Jersey, and enjoys music and reading in her spare time.

Cheyenne is the Medical Services Manager for the five Pet Wellness Network locations, and has been working with our company for over 10 years. Because of her vast knowledge in Veterinary Medicine she is in charge of ensuring each patient receives the highest level of care from our staff. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three little boys, and their American Bulldog Mackenzie.

Jennifer studied Liberal Arts at the University of South Carolina, Columbia campus. In 2003, Jen started her career with Newton Veterinary Hospital, shortly after the hospital became a 24 hour facility.

Since then, she has been involved with hospital management and administrative work. At the present time, Jen is Practice Manager at the Newton Veterinary Hospital location, and takes pride in being a member of the Pet Wellness management team.

Amy has been with Budd Lake Animal Hospital, a member of the Pet Wellness Network, since their grand opening in 2011. She has had the honor of leading the Budd Lake team in providing excellent medical care and superior customer service. Amy has the joy of being involved in  every aspect of veterinary care for the Budd Lake community. She is constantly leading her team to go above and beyond with each patient, ensuring that they receive the best healthcare possible. You and your pet can rest assure that she has your pets best interest at heart. When Amy is pulled away from her work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their three daughters, and hound mix George. She also enjoys baking, crafting, and painting.
